Med Gymnase

The Med Gymnase (CMG) network includes 14 sports clubs throughout Paris. Their feature is only healthy workouts.Classes in the clubs are supervised by experienced trainers with a state diploma, including graduates of the Institute of Medical Professions and the MFO school created at CMG. All clubs offer personal consultations aimed at setting your training in the right direction and speeding up the achievement of the desired result. You can even call a trainer to your home!The range of services at Med Gymnase includes cardio, boxing, strength training, aqua cycling, aqua running, cycling, jumping rope, aerobics, Pilates and yoga. In addition, the club has a dance studio. You can choose any style in it: African, hip-hop, ballet, modern or oriental dance, freestyle or bachata.
