SynergyCF training is what we are widely known and recognized. A group training that included the best and most useful from many disciplines and created an incredibly effective program. High intensity, daily variations, functional movements, gymnastics, exercise with load, weight lifting, running, boating are just a small part of our training program. We have Standard and Basic groups. Training is adaptable to everyone regardless of the current form, gender and age.

SynergySecutor is a martial hall where trainings are held under the leadership of the eminent Academy Secutor in several disciplines: Brazilian Jiu Jitcu (BJJ), Mix Martial Arts (MMA), Box, Kickbox and Cardio Box. Numerous medals and awards are a guarantee of quality, expertise and dedicated work. Competitive or recreational, we have groups in which everyone will fit in and enjoy the learning of new things. There are also groups specifically adapted for the youngest members of the age of 6 years or older.

Sinergija has large and spacious dressing rooms with showers and cabinets, and besides everything you can enjoy in SinergijaBar and SinergijaRecovery studio. Members are provided parking.
