Established in 2017.

We opened our doors on December 1st, 2017, and have been blessed ever since to serve as stewards of the continued growth, evolution, and expansion of this vibrant, thriving, inspiring yoga community that was born that day. We are a community of strong, open-hearted, present human beings, and we believe this practice has the power to change your life. And that by living our yoga - on and off the mat - we can and will change the world for the better. Come as you are, and shine with us!

In our lives we have been blessed with many teachers; wise mentors and loving friends who continue to light the way and lift us on our path of living from heart. The greatest teacher of all is our yoga practice. Day after day, year after year, we return to our mats. The practice rewards our devotion with continuous growth; growing physically from fatigue to vitality; mentally from a state of reactivity to one of freedom and choice; and spiritually, from fear and worry to the deepest love. We are here to build a community of strong, healthy, open-hearted human beings. As Five Peaks' founders and lead teachers, we are committed to holding space for you to access and strengthen the voice of your own wisdom. In our classes, you will breathe, move, and sweat, and discover aspects of yourself you know deep down are there and have sought so long to uncover. Wherever you are on your journey, today is your day to be courageous. Step on your mat with us, and let's grow together.
