We teach people how to move properly. We are a gym specialized in working with beginners, and our group program is designed to give clients the best of both worlds. On one hand, you receive individualized attention from our trainers; On the other hand, you benefit from the energy of group training, which we believe is the best combination for progress. Each workout is carefully programmed, and exercises are presented to clients with the best alternative exercises if you are unable to perform any of them.
