It is necessary to make you feel comfortable, eat healthy, and of course having fun. Besides the quality of the work we aim to be inspired by our members for advancement and continued training and thus become a happy member of our sports family. Therefore, we strive and we are constantly working on expanding activities and improving the general conditions for work and stay in our center. Krio sauna is not only sportsmen for rapid recovery from heavy training. In Sport Active (Čukarička padina) we offer Krio sauna is a new, improved methods of cleaning and toughening the organism. In cryo sauna temperature drops to -160 degrees. The body then works and triggers compensatory peripheral circulation. Although the procedure itself cooling body takes up to 3 minutes, the positive effects of treatment, and in the physical and the psychological sense, you feel the next six to eight hours. Sauna in a cedar barrel, the treatment that will open up a new dimension of relaxation and a sense of satisfaction.
