Description
Fitness studio "Step by step" is located in the center of Subotica and offers group, individual and semi-individual training. Group trainings are held in smaller groups, and various trainings are offered such as functional, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and glut&core training. Individual training is adapted to the individual needs and goals of each participant. Trainers work with participants to develop a training plan that includes cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises, tailored to the needs of the individual. Semi-individual training is a combination of group and individual training, where the trainer works with a smaller group of participants, but adjusts the exercises according to individual needs and goals.
