This is a holistic sports and recreation center that operates according to a unique TEND methodology (T-training, E- education, N- nutrition, D-diagnostics) Every man is an individual, and what is good for one does not necessarily mean that he corresponds to another. What makes us recognizable is the individual approach to each person. Based on the results of diagnostics, assessment of the current state of a person, we direct him to the appropriate program or packages that will bring him the best results according to his goal. If you are a recreational athlete, an athlete, a person who is inactive, of any age or gender in Fitbox, we can work together to achieve your goals whether it is to raise muscle form, restore normal joint function, rehabilitation, weight loss or fun. With great engagement and hard work of founders and trainers, we opened different types of training in small groups. In the club you can access the following trainings in mini groups: PressFit - moderate and high intensity training. A combination of strength training and cardiorespiratory endurance with an emphasis on the proper form of performing movements and improving health. Customized training for women – Program intended for the gentler sex. A customized training that will empower you, fill you with positive energy, and make you feel and look great. Body fit - A program intended for recreationists who want to bring their figure to the maximum form.
