Fitness club "LA STRADA" in New Belgrade started operating in late 2011. The space has excellent ventilation and air conditioning, video surveillance and lighting that complies with international standards in this area. The surface of our Fitness Center covers more than 500 m2, within which there are space area larger than 100 m2, with a special flor and a separate music only for that part of the fitness club, where group trainings (pilates, zumba, taekwondo for children, cardio kick) and individual training are held. Our story is from 2010. It was early spring. One man started to gather around a few people from the world of fitness. People who had to meet three basic conditions, namely that they possess: soul, dexterity, Genuine thirst for knowledge. In the beginning there were only a few. Because, you know, people like that is hard to find. They fought against prejudice, resistance to change, fear. Fears of others and their own, hidden. They trained a lot, and have been training hard. Faced with obstacles, skip them and won. It was difficult. And then, all at once. Then we review and understand that Flex was full. Full with some smiling people. Full with some colorful silly energy. And since then, since then it has been always so. We are different. But we all have a soul. And the other two items.
