This is an ongoing class for beginners and continuing students with a focus on the fundamentals of yoga including standing, sitting, twisting and supine poses. Basic inverted poses like Setubhanda (bridge) and Sarvangasana (shoulderstand) are introduced.Explore the fundamentals of a flowing yoga practice as well as traditional poses, pranayama (breathing techniques) and yoga history / philosophy. You’ll challenge yourself as you work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment.
