In addition to the classic MATWORK-PILATES with and without small equipment and MEDI-TAPING, which is a gentle way to treat muscles, joints and nerves for chronic and acute complaints as well as for prevention, I offer you the following PILATES SPECIALS.

You are the center: The 1-to-1 training is tailored exactly to you. Age, experience, level of fitness or special physical requirements such as pregnancy – your personality and individual condition define the appropriate series of exercises in intensive exchange between teacher and student. This is how you learn to recognize your potential and use it effectively.

I will accompany you personally in the 1-to-1 training right from the start. Beginners learn the correct Pilates technique straight away, while advanced learners develop further in a targeted manner. Learning errors due to a lack of supervision in group courses are excluded. And clear training successes can be seen more quickly.
