Spectrum Health Club is located in the heart of the South Bank. Its total area is 105,000 m². This is the first fitness center to offer resort services. Among its offers are a spa day for shaping a beautiful body and a healthy food cafe “Vida”. There is a cozy club atmosphere here.

All Spectrum clients have access to the latest sports equipment, studios and fitness classes. For the fair sex there is a separate women's training area.

Spectrum South Bay includes an indoor adult pool and separate children's pool, basketball and rugby courts, a Reformer Pilates studio, and a dedicated Performance Center for small group training.
