Our goal is to teach careful observation of your body and a holistic approach to a person through the practice of yoga. We have managed to create a unique community and an inclusive, friendly space where all people can feel at ease, find balance, learn and develop. We offer classes in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditation.
Usluge
We teach yoga in various directions and at different levels of practice development. We also regularly organize courses for beginners, master classes and trips, thanks to which you can deepen your knowledge and practice. We conduct diverse classes where every practitioner can find what he needs at the moment. We will share our knowledge and experience, as well as our view of yoga as an interdisciplinary field. We strive to ensure that our students can develop with us. The people who teach classes at the Yoga Academy are experienced practitioners who also draw on their teaching experience from other fields.
