Satyananda Yoga Teacher Certified by the Bihar School of Yoga in India. This course is aimed at both those people who want to deepen their spiritual path, practice and experience as well as those who want to have a balanced, happy and healthy life. In this course we will address the three levels of Tsa-Lung practice: External, internal and secret, so students who have completed the external level will find it extremely enriching and profound, and those who are approaching it for the first time will be able to experience it in its three levels of depth gradually and systematically. By working with these three levels we have the possibility of entering with. greater ease in a contemplative state, so if you already have a practice you can take the Tsa-Lung practice as the perfect complement to enhance and sustain that practice, or you can also take it as your main meditation practice. Meditation practice celebrates the ability to recognize and trust openness. The three levels of Tsa-Lung allow us to recognize openness and gradually rest in that space of open awareness allowing our thoughts, feelings, memories and sensations to arise, and dissolve effortlessly. By practicing 45 minutes or half an hour a day we continually expand our ability to maintain that connection with that recognition until finally movements, sounds and thoughts cannot alter it and they become an ornament. Managing to maintain that connection is having the key to the internal treasure from which all the qualities we seek in life arise: joy, hope, enthusiasm and confidence. It is undoubtedly a very beneficial practice for all of us who want to generate positive and lasting changes in our lives and transform or expand our consciousness. If you are a person who wants to deepen your meditative experience, without a doubt this is a practice that will help you a lot to unblock and let go of what is currently not allowing you to access that state that really is your essential nature. In other words, we will be able to develop the ability to introduce positive and important changes in our lives and express our true nature of luminosity.

Setting a goal motivates us to move forwardLife is full of challenges and goals. Achieving them gives us a sense of satisfaction and achievement. And if you have decided to train in a gym, we congratulate you! Always remember that it is important that you are clear about what your objective is when training; because as the days go by, motivation and vision of your goal tends to be lost. For this reason, we leave you with an intelligent and useful technique applied so that you can achieve all the objectives you set for yourself. The S.M.A.R.T technique. Its acronym in English stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timed. This simple technique helps you synthesize, organize and focus on a goal. It is important that it be a single objective to be able to achieve it.
