We love playful and creative classes, building strength and flexibility whilst encouraging curiosity and self-care. Our studio is peaceful, light-filled, and well ventilated, carefully enhanced with a few vintage treasures and charms. We have everything you need to make your class comfortable and safe – mats and blocks are available, or you can bring your own.
